What is the shipping process?

Flat rate shipping $8.00. In a hurry? Expedited shipping options are available for those who just can’t wait. Our shipping hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm EST. All orders placed before 11am est will be shipped the same day. All orders received after 11am will be shipped the next business day. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed and shipped first thing Monday morning unless it is a holiday. Once shipped, orders arrive within the time frame selected during order placement.

 

Heiress, LLC is not responsible for late shipments due to holidays, natural disasters , or carrier delays. Any incorrect billing and/or shipping information opted by customer will cause delays. Please allow up to 24 hours to receive your tracking information. If you order on Friday after 11am (est. time) your order will not be shipped out until MONDAY, therefore you will receive tracking on Monday. Also if you select USPS (United States Postal Service) once you receive your tracking number, your order is in the HANDS OF USPS, the tracking may say label printed etc, but it is at the post office being processed.
If your order is submitted with a PO Box in the Shipping section, your order will go through but will be canceled & refunded minus a $25 restocking fee. All orders requires a signature, therefore we can not ship to PO BOXES.
What is your return policy?
All sales are FINAL once product has been installed. If hair has not been installed or used in any way and is returned to Heiress LLC in its original packaging within 72 hours of the time it has been delivered to customer. Customer must email a copy of shipping receipt and tracking number to Stacyann@heiressllc.com for verification of item return. Once item is received by HEIRESS, LLC, refund will be issued.
WE DO NOT OFFER EXCHANGES OF ANY ITEMS. All REFUNDS and CANCELLED ORDERS (regardless the amount) will be charged a NON REFUNDABLE restocking fee. Please be sure to INSPECT as well as Co-Wash your hair thoroughly before installation to ensure your satisfaction. Again once hair is Installed All SALES ARE FINAL!
Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?

What kind of extensions do you sell?
Heiress, LLC offers curly, straight, and wavy in Brazilian, Malaysian, and Indian Remy styles. We also provide closures and frontals.
